Not sure what to say?

Carl was not only my appraiser when I managed the Dallas American General Mortgage Company office, but a good friend. A great guy! Picture of Carl in our backyard swimming pool, and our trip to the races with him and his folks.

Carl was always the best!! Great guy and he always helped me out with appraisals...Was my favorite and I always let everyone know about him. I'll miss him for sure.

Susan I just learned of your loss. I knew Carl when he did appraisals for American General Mortgage in Dallas. My condolences to his family. May God comfort you during this time of loss.

Carl was a favored appraiser of our company for quite a few years. We are very sorry to hear your loss. We wish you peace and our prayers.

Susan, I am so sorry to hear about Carl. Our daughter just came back from Mary Morey's funeral and we found out about Carl via Ray. We enjoyed your friendship in Dallas when I was with American General Mortgage and Carl was a super appraiser. I don't know of a nicer fellow. Our best to you and your family, and if there is anything we can do, please feel free to contact us. Dave & Carolyn Brown [email protected]

The Good

To the Lane Family:

I first met Carl when he was a young teenager and my brother Rick and I forced him and others to pay toll to use our alley...welcome to the neighborhood. Years later I admired his automotive talents, and he, my brother, and I became fast friends. We went scuba diving and camping together at Possum Kingdom and Lake Travis, and enjoyed our fair share of the sixties at Lake Highlands and the seventies in Austin. Carl...
