Carl Liametz

My husband and I were close friends to your son Jeff who attended ISU. My husband was his sports editor at The Statesman and we all hung around each other there and outside of the paper. He was a wonderful young man and he so loved his parents. We also knew Anne as a cheerleader on the basketball team. You should know that he was known as "Skokie" at school and was proud of his background and his family. May he and his father rest in peace and be your guardian angels in life.

Carl was my wonderful neighbor and very good family friend of ours. I grew up with Gordon and Barry. And Ruthe known to me as Mrs. Liametz is a wonderful wife and mother to the family. Our families have known each other for years. My deepest sympathy goes out to the entire Liametz family.
