Not sure what to say?

My condolences to the Lindstrom family. Carl worked for my grandfather at the Chronicle. Diane was one of my babysitters. My thoughts and prayers go out to all at this difficult time.

The FTD Eternal Friendship Remembrance Bouquet

My heart goes out to Diane, Kurt, Eric, Bev and Families. My favorite memories are of high school dances and being asked to dance by Carl. Love to all from our family.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. I am glad I had the pleasure to know Carl -he was such a kind, caring man. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. He will be dearly missed by all that knew him. Cathy Schmidt -pulmonary rehab

I will always think fondly of Uncle Carl. He was always gentle and kind. I also remember his dry sense of humor and his laugh. I am deeply saddened to hear of his passing. He will be missed! Sending my love to you, Diane!

RIP Carl. May your family find comfort in all the love being sent their way.

Carl was a true gentleman. I remember the year at the Chronicle Valentine's Day party when he and his wife won the dance contest. What a graceful pair they made. Condolences to the family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Lindstrom family. There are many happy memories. Love Mike,Betsy, and all Wessels family.

Poem for my uncle

Your shoulder
remembered a boy's shoulder
Your eye
remembered his father's eye

Your hands remembered
the wrench
and the rusty bolt
the hammer
and the pinched nail
the lure
and the knotted line

Your heart,
like your hand,
was a fist.
It let go
when
the work was done.
