Not sure what to say?

I served with COL Lockett in the 2nd MP Group/V Corps Provost Marshall Office in Frankfurt Germany, my condolences to the family, God Bless you and yours...

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

Colonel Lockett was my Battalion Commander at the US Army MP School in the mid 80s. He selected me as his XO and I worked closely with him for two years. He was a great CO, a man of courage and integrity. He was impactful in my life and career. God bless his memory. Larry Allen, LTC MP Retired.

Our deepest condolences to the Lockett family. C.Lee was a line and frat brother, neighbor and friend. Several things stand out - his love for Pat, his passion for running, his leadership qualities and belief in setting high standards, his humor, his laugh and that van he owned several years ago. His memories will live on.

My condolences to the Lockett family. May you find peace and comfort in knowing that Uncle Carl is in no more pain. To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord. He has gained his wings, and the Lord has said "Well done, my good and faithful servant"!!

Carl was one of the greatest men I've ever known. Even after many years, his quotes of wisdom stay with me. He will certainly be missed by all who knew him.

It is truly sad to learn of Carl's passing. We were classmates at Prairie View. He was a professional and I had much respect for him and his leadership. My condolences are with the family and I will keep you in my prayers. Maggie (Skinner) Amos
