Carl's been a great neighbor of ours for several years. Such a great guy, friendly and giving. He was always being helpful. A few years back he helped put up our fence and absolutely wouldn't take anything for it. We found a way to thank him by giving him some of his favorite things - grape soda and cigars.
I'll miss hanging out with you at Phil's place Carl! And I'll miss seeing you around our neighborhood with little Jenna in tow...
