Bobbie; Carol and I agree that Carl loved Lopatcong Twp as his home and that of his family. He was Proud to be a person that gave an honest answer and was easy to work with him. He was not a person who always had something negative to say about them will be missed

I´m so so sorry for your family´s´ loss. I only knew Carl professionally threw work but I absolutely luved him. He wouldn´t only talk to u about the information u requested on taxes but he talked w u personally. Asked u about u. Was so kind, so thoughtful. He was the best human ever. I´ll never forget him. My condolences to the entire Meixsell. Carl was one of the nicest people I ever met, just a pure gentleman. He loved his job and the people of lopatcong township. He was our CFO during my first 6 years on council here in lopatcong. You could always depend on Carl for an honest answer concerning our finances in lopatcong.
