Mr. Carl was very generous years ago when his company was installing new sidewalks on my street for the City of Frederick. He assessed my need for a ramp leading up to my house (I had residual effects from a stroke). He volunteered to do this w/o charge. He said I may need this in the future and I did. I had to start using a rollator walker. His ramp allowed me to return home after breaking my pelvis. I think about his generosity every time I wheel up the ramp. His legacy of his good deeds...
