I knew Mr. Neely through my work many years ago now, but recently his name popped into my mind. I want to say I remember him, and was jonored to have known him.

Carl lyle was my dearest and best friend.So many good memories and times we shared,he will always have a piece of my heart. Carl Lyle's favorite.If a job once begun,never quit until it's done.Be a job big or small do it well or not at all. MOTHER

Soldiers come and go with time, warriors remain forever. We all have a worrior watching over us. Carl Lyle is standing by the right hand of God waiting to put it all on the line one more time. Love you my friend.

I can't really remember meeting Carl Lyle in person, but, my husband, Paul talked about you and Carl Lyle. Paul was also quite fond of your father.
