Carl Edward Norris

Carl was born on January 31, 1951 and passed away on Tuesday, August 21, 2018. Carl was a resident of Keyser, West Virginia at the time of passing. Mr. Norris was a 1968 graduate of Keyser High School and was retired as a school bus driver with the Mineral County Board of Education. He also was an avid reader, his favorite author being Stephen King and he enjoyed playing Play Station and video games He also served in the United States Army from 1971-73.
