So sorry to hear of Carl's death. One of the last living Bangor and Portland men from the Lackawanna RR. Carl and Leo Supreys were VERY helpful and informative on the panel discussion and trips I ran for those interested in the Bangor and Portland Br of the Lackawanna / Erie Lackawanna RR. Dear Sharon and Shelly, Our condolences on the passing of your father. Carl had movie star looks and a great personality. We would meet regularly on the early morning fog shrouded flea market fields of the Lehigh Valley. We shared our good finds and commisserated over our missed opportunities. Mary Jane and Carl, with their encyclopedic knowledge of antiques and collectibles, were two of the best for a quick appraissal. They were also two of the best Slate Belt historians who were willing...
