I was shocked and saddened upon hearing of Dr. Palmer's death. He was not only my GYN, he was my friend. A visit to his office was not just a routine medical exam. It was a time for sharing the events of my life, with him giving me encouragement and advice during the rough spots. As an RN, I knew him professionally as well as personally. He was a compassionate, gentle man. May God be with you in the days to come to provide you comfort, understanding and acceptance.

I am sure the angels in heaven were smiling upon his arrival. When you find it difficult to go on, ask the Holy Spirit for help. God leaves it up to you to take the first step, but...
