Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to hear about Sandy. I did not know about his passing until recently. I played with Sandy and Kent Schell in a trio circa 1965. He was the cornerstone of the group with his great voice. I played golf with Sandy about the same time. I think about him almost daily. My deep sympathy goes out to his wonderful family. Rest in peace my dear friend. John Ferrara

I went to NMH, and had several surgeries through out my 4 years. My junior and senior year I felt like I lived in the infirmary. Dr Perkins made my recoveries bearable with his kind bedside manner and the kindness in the way he ran the infirmary. I will never forget it. May he rest in peace.

I am so saddened to hear of the passing of my dear friend and neighbor. Thinking of his family at this very difficult time.

I'm saddened to hear of Dr. Perkins passing. I graduated from NMH and remember Dr. Perkins well. Sending my condolences to all of Dr. Perkins loved ones.

We have all lost a genuinely good and kind brother, husband, father, friend far too soon. So many fond memories, so many future plans dashed. I am reminded of something his niece wrote many, many years ago as we try to make our way without Sandy - "I am sad and my heart is broken. I am crying inside and my heart is soaked. I am sad and my heart is broken." Miss you so very much! You will always be in my heart...

Sandy was my Daughters Uncle. He was more like a father or brother to them. My earliest memory of Uncle Sandy was when he lived in Vermont. He would make "house calls" as a Doctor on his motorcycle. he had dug his own pond and built a beautiful barn with his boys. He gave my girls lessons in canoeing and overall Sandy was one of the most altruistic people I have met. Memories of Sandy will be forever in our hearts. Blessings~

Our deep condolences and sympathy go out to Marybeth and the family of our dear friend Sandy.

Many fond memories of Sandy. The earliest, he with a guitar, singing folk songs and camping with us boys along the woods near Buffalo Creek. Many years have passed, however I remember Sandy to be genuinely thoughtful and kind. May your sadness be tempered by the knowledge of the kindnesses and caring he gave to the world in his words and deeds.
