I am sorry to hear of Carl's passing. Our families were close many years ago when I was growing up as Carl's mom and dad worked with my mom and dad respectively. I remember seeing him evenings while attending BEI after we had grown and started our own families. I still have fond memories of spending time with Carl and his family.
