Dear Bev and family. I am so sorry to read of Carl's passing. He was an outstanding good man.
Now he sees Jesus face to face. I know your heart is breaking. I will be praying for you and trusting God will give you strength to face each day.

I worked for Carl for several years at AK Steel. He was one of the best bosses I ever worked for anywhere. Everyone respected Carl because they knew he respected them. I always wished he could have been cloned to serve in management throughout the mill. He truly led by example.

To Kelli and the other members of Carl's beloved family we extend our sympathies. Carl was someone who you looked to in good times and bad. He was a rock, he was hard working, he was very knowing and shared that knowledge. He enjoyed living and sharing life with those he lived with and worked with. You have lost a true gentleman and leader.

He was very proud of his family and looked forward to this time of the year with great anticipation.

I will always remember him and his way...
