Carl will be truly missed. He was the sort of man that you would
want your daughters to grow up to marry.....He was patient, kind,
thoughtful, funny...He always had a smile on his face and it made
you feel good just to be around him....He never asked much for
himself, but would do anything for anyone... God Bless this man
and all his loving family and friends.....Bill and Marie Howie

For the little time I knew Carl Root, he was a WONDERRFUL man, husband, father and grandfather. He was funny to speak with and boy can he eat a good dinner. He will be terribly missed around Palmyra and Macedon. My sympathy goes to his family especially my brother and sister-in-law Kathy and Alan Bushart. He did live a good life.
