Carl A. Saye, 85, of Panama City, Fla., died Sunday, March 11, 2012, at his home.A funeral service will begin at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 15, 2012, at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-7 p.m. today, March 14, 2012.
