Not sure what to say?

You filled my life with love, kindness and joy. I had looked all my life for you,and then we had such a short time, but, boy did we have a great time. The memories I have will help to heal the hole in my heart. I love you and miss you.

To a wonderful person who was a friend to all. When I was transferred from Potomac Yard to the Richmond shops, Hooty was always there to help guide me through the transition with his "easy-going" attitude. He became a good friend of mine and will be missed.

I was so saddened to hear of the passing of Hooty! I met him many years ago,and we all had wonderful times together! My condolences goes out to his wife and family! May God Bless and be with each and every one of you!

This entry is for everyone to read. Beggining on the day of the funeral I believe grandpa has tried to say he was here. Ladybugs landed on me and my brother and maybe you to. Yesterday when I went into my room I found about 15 ladybugs and there were some at the back and front door. Today when I woke up there were still ladybugs around. I wanted to share this moment with everyone.

STILL THINKING OF YOU GRANDPA!! <3 YOU -Desiree' Michelle Taylor

When I was born God gave me you the best of all
and you were always true
Through my walk of life you were always there to hold my hand
and understand and never too selfish not to care
When I needed advice I knew I could count on you
to give me the right guidance to get me through
Now I am grown this I know
all that I am is because of the love you show
You were the greatest of them all and I am so glad
I had you dad and you're...

He was a wonderful father and friend. Hooty always had a new joke and loved to tell stories. He never knew a stranger, you could talk to him and feel like you had known him your whole life. He had a really big heart and cared deeply for those around him. We can still hear his laugh and see his rosy cheeks and big smile. He is not gone, nor will he ever be forgotten. He left us with many wonderful memories. He will forever live on in our hearts. WE LOVE YOU DAD!

Hooty is truly one of a kind. We had so much fun all those years ago. I can still hear his laugh and see his wonderful smile! My deepest sympathy, Mandy Spiller

Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
