Grace just heard that Carl passed from our mutual friend Dow. Am very sorry to hear this, we were close childhood friends, he’ll be remembered.

We were out of town for Christmas and just found out about Carl last night. We are heartbroken to know that he passed away. What a truly fabulous human being. I know that he will not only be missed by you and the family but his passing is a real tragedy for the Town of New Fairfield. I will miss his smile and sense of humor. Please know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. He fought the good fight and now it is time for his reward.

My condolences on Carl's passing, he was a kind and warm-hearted gentleman, always ready to lend a hand or offer advice, and with a keen sense of humor. I will truly miss him.

I will always remember Carl as a gentle giant of a man. He was always a gentleman and insisted that all his paperwork be done just perfect. I will miss his smile, his stories and his easygoing manner.

Carl was the epitome of a gentleman and became my friend from the first moment we met. Hiding his own pain, he always had a smile on his face and a warm greeting to all he met. He will be missed by me an everyone in my office. Our sympathy to his family who lost a jewel.
