Aunt Kate and her beautiful family. So sorry for the sadness you are feeling now. I was well into adulthood before I realized Kate and Carl were not REALLY aunt and uncle. They were grandma and grandpa's very best friends and always treated us probably far better than our bratty butts deserved! I know grandma and grandpa (Ruth and Tom Smith) are there with all of his other loved ones to welcome him home. Love you aunt kate, and to everyone else you are in my thoughts.

How beautiful is the letter on the left. Such sweetness as well as sadness. A father will always be missed, reflected upon throughout our lives with wonderful memories. Though I did not know your Dad, Keith, I know you & Carol and how kind you have been to your Mom and Dad. They are blessed to have you and your siblings!! Dear Aunt Kate, Keith Carol and Tracey.
I'am very sorry to hear about Uncle Carl. He was one of my favorite Uncles.
He was a very gentle and kind man.
I had many good times with uncle Carl. I always loved our fishing trips.
