Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to hear of this loss. I never knew Carl Robert but heard many stories of him throughout my life. I am Carl Ward Sturm's grandchild so Carl Robert was my cousin. My Dad Jeffrey Ward Sturm died in April 2012 suddenly and Michael Calladine (Janet Sturm's child) died in March 2013. So many losses in one far-flung family. Happy to see how loved and admired Carl was. My best wishes to your family at this difficult time.

I just found out this week that Carl is gone. I only knew him through Zim's, but I found out he was a really good person. He kept my old cars running for many years. I could trust him to do what was right, to tell me the truth, and to be considerate of my limited means. I thought of him as a friend. My very deepest sympathy to his family.

Nancy, we are here at the Mopar Nationals and just heard about Carl. We are very sorry to hear of his passing. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

I just found out about Carl's death and was shocked and saddened for all of us that knew him and for those that didn't get to meet him. He was always ready with a smile or advice to do the right thing for all at Zim's. Carl helped me and my family so many times. I will miss Carl tremendously now when my car is working and always remember him when it is not!

Nancy, I am so sad to hear about this, please let me know if there is anything I can do for you. Since I met you guys in 1987 and you did up my car that I got to see at every show we were both at, I have enjoyed having you as friends. Please don't hesitate to call if you need me.

Stay strong,

Jim Rhinehart

Nancy,

Jackie and I (and the entire Mopar community) are deeply saddened by Carl's passing. Carl will always be remembered for his smile, and his kind words, as well as how he ALWAYS went out of his way to say hello to us at the shows, even if he was talking with a customer!

Carl was one of the good guys, and will always be with us, and remembered by us that way.

Take care; see you soon!

Nancy,I am so sorry for your loss. I golfed with Carl in our league on Wednesday nights. We always kidded with Carl and had a lot of fun. I will miss seeing Carl in the club house after golf.

Nancy, we are all saddened by Carl's passing. He was a good and loyal friend to me for the many years we golfed together and thankfully while he fixed my many mechanical problems. I will greatly miss our 'Mopar talks" on my Ohio visits. My thoughts are with you. Starch

God speed old friend, you will forever be missed!! Nancy, my family's hearts and prayers go out to you and your family. Carl was a great man, he will be missed by all who's lives he touched.
