Carl is missed. His wisdom, insights, and leadership. The whole world owes a debt to Carl because without his PGE office, the environmental degradation would be worse. People who were fortunate to work in that office went on to be very successful in the energy and renewable energy space.

So honored to have met Carl at the Yacht Club. What a special human and what a beautiful obituary. Our love to everyone. Carl was one special guy.

Carl continues to be an inspiration to me in my work with the Regulatory Assistance Project and as a responsible citizen of the world. I respect and try to emulate his combination of kindness, truth and determination to contribute to "better." I am just one of a legion proud to carry his legacy.
