Not sure what to say?

Lydia,
With wishes that you are reading updates; may the warmth of our memories of you and Carl be with you now.
Colter and Steffi Mott

I apologize for how late my condolences are. I just heard about Carl's passing. I taught with Carl for three years at Roxhill. He made our years there so much fun. He was wonderful with all of the students. As a teacher he touched many lives, both student and staff. He will be very missed.

Dear Mrs Williams,

My name is Khang Nguyen, son of Duc Nguyen. My dad is a worker at Roxhill Elementary School and i was a student of your husband. I know i am late upon the notice of his death but i wanted to share and tell you that I am deeply sorry for this sad news. My prayers will be for you and your family and i wanted to let you know, Mr. Williams was the best 3rd grade teacher any student can ask for.

-Khang Nguyen

Dear Lydia: My son Juan Martin was one of Carl´s students at Colegio Americano and we really want you to know that he touched his life in a very special way. He tought my son how to be a better human being every day. He was the best teacher ever. We are going to miss him so much. Diana (Quito, Ecuador)

Dear Family and Friends of Carl. Carl and Lydia were a very rare couple that intrigued our family with their warmth and gifts of love. Carl will be sorely missed. Love to all of you. The Vermillion Family

I worked with Carl his first few years at Roxhill. I hadn't seen him in years but always asked about him when I ran into other Roxhill teachers and kept hoping I'd run into him. He was a great teacher with an incredible calmness. When I think of Carl, I see his smile and hear his laugh. I also think of how much his family meant to him. My thoughts are with you all.

Dearest Lydia,

I am so sorry to hear about Carl, your beloved husband and best friend. I am holding you and your daughters gently in my heart and sending love to all the family.

I met Carl 20 years ago when I first moved to Seattle. I remember how taken I was by his gentleness as a father. We were on Bainbridge with the whole extended family and Carl was outdoors helping one of his young daughters and he was so present with her, so tender and playful. I was struck by this beautiful man's tender soul. My prayers and love go to all of you as you struggle to move into and through this loss. I am sure Carl is very, very near....love and prayers, Ellen Boyle

Lydia, Sending you prayers that the energy of love is supporting you and your family in each and every moment. Love, Joanna Pyle
