Not sure what to say?

Carl, What a great life you had, always challenging yourself to be the best. Thanks for allowing me to share your home, for being a second Father to me, and for all your support of me and my son. I will always remember our good times together, fishing, gardening, etc. Hope the lakes in heaven produce some big fish for you. Say hi to Ruthie! see ya again someday... Dake

Dear brother Carl.

I am going to miss you so much, big bro. Our visits over the years were always so fun and heart warming. Rest in peace with you beloved Ruthie. I love you.

My dear oldest brother Carl. A life lived to the fullest for family and country. Many good memories of our growing up years, but not until after his military retirement did I get to know the real man. I always enjoyed our visits, listening to his many stories and adventures--also a good sense of humor to keep things going. I miss you, Carl. May you rest in peace along with your beloved Ruthie. With love, your sis Laura

Rest in peace Uncle Carl. You were so very special in many ways.

Was a very nice time last summer we all had at Uncle Carl's Birthday celebration in Montana. Really enjoyed the visit and him sharing some of his adventures in the military and also how he met Aunt Ruth! He missed her so. He was very knowledgeable with many good stories to tell. He will be missed.

Maria, you are in our thoughts. I am glad I got to visit uncle Carl this summer. Hugs from Montana

Rest in peace Uncle Carl, we will miss you. Lots of love to you Maria!

Thank you for the outstanding service to our Country. Rest in peace, dear brother.

I was pleased to have worked with Carl at the Assessor's Office. My condolences to Maria and a special acknowledgement to her for composing the special and touching obituary.
