Carl Zerfas

I learned of Mr. Zerfas' passing from my Mom. The Zerfas family lived down my street growing up. I would get rides to and from Saint Jude school with Mr. Zerfas and the Zerfas kids. That was prior to the acquisition of the Saint Jude bus. Janette and I were in the same grade, so special hello to her. Sending my sympathy to all the Zerfas kids, though. Years ago when I was in the care of the good people of St. Jude Parish I met Carl Zerfas. Carl was everything good about the parish. He loved St. Jude and did whatever he could to serve and help others. Carl helped everyone to meet Christ everyday. He was a treasure and we are most grateful. Carl, thanks for 'the all of it'.
