Not sure what to say?

Wow, a year!! I pray that Carla's family is doing ok. Continued prayers for your growth as you try and go on without your dear loved one.

I grew up with this family and have many fond memories visiting them in their home.

I went to elementary, junior high and high school with Carla. I remember her beautiful long pony tail in elementary school. I loved her stories about living in a 2 story house sliding down the banister before coming to breakfast. I remember she sang that "101 pounds of fun, That's my little honey bun" song at the talent show. She was very talented and very smart, too. Her daddy, John Cooke, was my 8th grade Language Arts teacher and my Home Room teacher. She had a very beautiful family....

I am very sorry for your loss. May the "God of all comfort " provide comfort for your family during the days ahead.

Father Thank you for allowing me to be in the presence of her company on this side of heaven Till we meet again my bohemian sister in Christ

What a beautiful lady with a beautiful soul to match! Sending condolences to her family and friends. Our world needs people like her. I worked with Carla many years ago in DISD & still can recall her beauty throughout . Sincerely, Sally Mecom

To Jeff and all of Carla´s family, Carla will always hold a warm, sweet, and special place in my heart. I have known, loved, and respected her professionally and personally for my entire 40+ year career. I am forever thankful for her positive and giving spirit. Jeff, her love and great pride for you and your accomplishments beamed beautifully every single day. May God continue to bless and keep you. To know Carla was to love her, and she will be very deeply missed.

Carla, my sweet lady! We did work a few cases together and you were always a joy to work with. You often made me laugh. My deepest condolences and fervent prayers to your devoted husband and son. - Pamela Oviahon

Jeff and Family, My deepest condolences to you in the loss of your Mother. I remember Carla fondly when I taught you in 3rd grade. Your Mom had a beautiful smile and caring heart. Rest in Peace.
