Carla Heller

Professor Heller was so amazing. A gift from God to be sure. Her hard work and superb example of integrity and prudence has helped me so much in my academic career. I think about her every semester, her advice and instruction is worth more than gold. Though I was greatly saddened by this, it brings my joy to know that she is with the Lord now, that she is free from any pain or hardship that she might have gone through.

I know we weren't exactly the closest. I was often raising my hand in your class in your ENGL 100 writing class and wasn't really sure as to where my life would be heading or what the future held. Like I said I know we were the closest, but you were one of my first professors I had in college. I started Fall 2019 in your class in Fullerton College and I enjoyed going to your class every day despite how early it was on a Friday at 8 am. You certainly did stroke my ego when it came to writing...

I worked with Carla at Santiago Canyon college. We met in the Adjunct faculty work space and would often share antidotes about our courses and teaching experiences. She was always kind, supportive, and had a great sense of humor. I will miss our chats together.

Carla was very nice. She would bring her car to us for service. I would give her a rid home or work. She was very nice. I was sad to hear of her passing. We are very sorry for her family. God bless you! Rest In Peace Carla .You are an now.
