Carlene Kay Farr

I was Carlene's mailman for the last 5 years. She was a very strong woman! I spoke with Carlene's son today and told him the story of when I saw Carlene (89 years young at the time) coming down the road with four large grocery bags from hannaford's. This was a hot Summer day and she was sweating. I asked her what she was doing and she said she went to the store for a few things. The only thing was is that the store was over a mile away.

Another time she (in her 90's) was shoveling...

Sorry for your loss. I enjoyed doing her hair and talking with her. She was a great lady.

I've missed you since moving to Florida. I missed our walks on the beach, picking strawberies, playing bingo and just driving around taking in the scenery and talking. Thank you for being such a great mother in law. Heaven is a much brighter place with you in it. Love and miss you Mom.
