Carleton Sheets was the man that sparked my mind back when I was 14 staying up late hearing this man talk about making a life for yourself, making a living off real estate. Once I turned 18 I was off to the races and wet to university, I never forgot about that late night infomercial though and it always was in the back of my mind. I met Carleton at his seminar in West Palm Beach Garden over thirty years ago. He was very personal and polite, and a good teacher. I have a few of his programs that to this day I refer to. He got me started in buying real estate with no money down. He is and always will be a mentor of mind. I was sadden to hear about his passing. Rest in peace my friend.
