Not sure what to say?

I will always remember Mr. Serra as being supportive of his sons and me in all our sporting endeavors. The two car driveway in front of the house on Orenda Dr was ideal for our never ending basketball playing. (Carlo had a pretty effective set shot as well). And for many years he and my dad were involved in coaching all of us in Beaver...

I remember Carlo as a coach from WL Beaver football in the '60s. He was very supportive, great teacher, and had a huge smile and laugh. His affirming words to me when I "finally" threw my first body block in practice (9 yr.old) stayed with me for years....I have attached an old article/photo from the Spinal Column '64 that has 2 of his boys in it.

Though I met Carlo only a few times, I know he was dearly loved by his family and send my warmest sympathies on your great loss. May your love for each other and the blessings you shared with Carlo see you through this difficult time. You are in my thoughts.

If you are lucky sometimes you have such good friends that they feel like family. We were blessed to have Carlo and Jeanne in our lives. We share the sorrow of your loss. Our thoughts, tears and love go out to the entire Serra family.
