Dear Sue, we just heard of your loss. PHELPS workd w/ Carlos & you both at CMF South in the 90's and played on a baseball league with some of the guys at CDC. The first time I met Carlos was at a game - he always projected himself as great man who took care of his business. Both our boys remember him. May you & your family draw strength from each other during this difficult time...god bless you.
