Carlos was a dear friend. We played ball for Tom Cat café and went to Mexico and defeated some good teams in Monterrey Mexico. We had some good conversations on my visits to San Antonio. MY sincere condolences to the family.

I worked side by side with Carlos in the Engine Division at Kelly for a few years and got to know him and his compadre Rudy Cantu very well. Being an Arkansas boy i learned a lot about growing up in Texas some Spanish words that i could use in mixed company and more about Lanier High School than anyone that didn't graduate from there should know. He invited me and my wife to numerous parties and fund raisers.
In all the time I knew Carlos he was a true gentleman and I treasure my time...

I met Mr. Camacho when I took my Dad Ernest Tullos to several of the Kelly AFB Old Timer's reunions. I always enjoyed talking with him as he had a positive outlook on life and some great stories to tell. He was very proud of his family and all they have accomplished. My condolences to the Camacho family.
