My deepest condolences to the Carlos A. Cisneros family. I had the privilege of knowing Mr. Cisneros while helping campaign during his 2 terms. The city of Bownsville has lost a dedicated and wonderful servant.

So sorry for your loss. I remember Carlos always with a big smile and friendly attitude. My heart aches for the entire family!

My thoughts and prayers are with the Cisneros family. I am so sorry for your loss. I used to work with Carlos at Apria Healthcare and he was a very bubbly person to be around. Always had a smile on his face and cracking jokes. He always talked about his children and at the time was going to have his first grandchild Jonah Jacob. He will be truly missed. RIP my friend.

It saddens me to know the loss of a former coworker at the hospital and friend .Can still remember the joy expressed in both Carlos and Elena with the birth of there children's. We were fortunate to have known him and may he RIP. We pray the our Lord gives Carlos parents and family the strength to surpass their loss.
