Carlos Colangelo

Carlos Colangelo, age 23, was born August 31, 1987 and went to meet his Lord on March 8, 2011. Carlos was a lifelong resident of Colorado Springs, Colorado and attended Mesa Ridge High School. He worked in the family business with his parents at Original Auto Detailing. Carlos was loved and will be missed by a very large family and numerous close friends. He is preceded in death by his great grandparents, Binina and Giatano Colangelo, Lee and Ida Bowman, Cipriano Montoya, Epimanima and Desidedio Montoya and Eutima and Deloris Tapia; and grandfather, Ben Colangelo. Carlos is survived by his parents, Carol Colangelo and Neil Montoya; brother and sister, Crystal Colangelo and Neil Montoya, Jr. (Bianca Garcia); grandparents, Johnny and Elsie England and Jimmy and Jenny Montoya; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM with a Rosary to follow at 7:00 PM Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 E. Platte Avenue. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 2030 W. Colorado Avenue. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, 1005 S. Hancock Avenue.
