I am saddened to hear of Carlos' passing. He was such a nice guy! He let us borrow his truck on many occasions to pick up pet food donations for my non profit Chuck Waggin Pet Food Pantry. He was very generous! I'm grateful for his caring and friendship to Wayne. I know he was always there for him. He was like a big brother to him. He will be greatly missed by so many. RIP Carlos. At least you are out of your pain.
