He was always willing to help, talking (with lots of love) about his family and showing up at the Grainger McAllen branch with interesting stories about his work experience out in the sales field. My condolences to His family!! Charlie taught me to grow-up as a man when I started to work at Grainger in the 90's. I was just 21 or 22 when I started at Grainger. To me he was a great Teacher and Leader!!! I appreciate what he showed me and taught me in those years that my father was not present for me. I was so sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. We worked together at Grainger in the 90s and he always brightened my day with his excellent wit and jokes. He and his family will be in my prayers.
