LAURA -- Carlos E. Hamblin, age 83 of Laura, Ohio passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022, at UVMC, Troy. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, October 29, 2:00p.m. – 6:00p.m. with a prayer service at 2:30p.m. at the Rehabilitation Center, 1306 Garbry Rd., Piqua.
