Not sure what to say?

I was just thinking fondly of Dulces where we had many amazing meals and even a private party many years ago. I looked up Carlos and Julie to see whether they were still in Seattle and maybe with a new restaurant that I hadn´t heard about. I am shocked at the news of Carlos´ untimely death and it looks like it was ALS, which must have been devastating for all. I just wanted you to know that you made the world a better place, Carlos and am holding the family all close in thought and prayer.

I just discovered the passing of Carlos, my heart goes out to Julie and the family!
So many wonderful memories with Carlos and Julie at Dulce’s, my Seattle all time favorite restaurant!!!
I truely miss the visits and cuisine with the two of you! Stay in touch Julie!

I just discovered that Carlos had passed. I'm very sorry to hear this and our sincerest condolences to Julie. When I started out my business Carlos was my first customer and a huge supporter. I always appreciated his positive and supportive words. My wife and I loved eating at Dulces and it was our favorite date night location. Carlos was a huge part of that experience.

A pesar que nos dejamos de ver al término de la preparatoria, recuerdo los años que pasamos juntos divirtiéndonos pero sobre todo tu gran amistad. hasta siempre compadre.

Julie, we just learned of Carlos' passing. Our hearts go out to you in the loss of a wonderful man.

Dear Julie and family my deepest condolences. Carlos was an incredible human being with so much kindness in his heart. He will be missed and remembered.

Carlos was such a wonderful man, we considered him here at Grape, not only as our customer, but as our friend. He will me missed. You and your family our in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Julie,
We send our sincere condolences to you and his family.
You and Carlos were always so welcoming whenever we came to the restaurants that we felt more like friends than just customers.
He is missed, and you are still in our thoughts. We wish you peace and strength.

Dear Julie,
I am sorry for your loss. Carlos reached out without reservation the first time I asked for a donation to help a children's charity. He gave me confidence in what I was doing. You did too. Thank you both. Thank you both for your generosity, delicious comfort meals, and style.
