Not sure what to say?

Dear Pena Family, Joyce and I were sadden to learn of the loss of such a great person. He is in our prayers. Blessings, The Jones.

Carlos. You will be missed by a host of friends. Gone too young and too soon. We will miss your funny stories and cooking wit.
Our sympathies to Lucille, JP, and Liz.

Dear Pena Family,
I worked for Carlos at the Ambassador for 12 years. He was the person who introduced me to my love for cooking and my appreciation for the finer things in life. It was a wonderful learning experience and a pleasure to have known him.
God Bless you all at this most difficult time.

Dear Pena Family,

I remember talking to Carlos as a young child. He was always very nice and eager to please. I was saddened to see another hard worker who was involved in the restaruant buisness leave our world so early. My parents were very good friends of Carlos. If my parents were alive (Henry and Ilona Friedel), I'm sure they would send their condolences too.

Fondly, from the families of the Eckhart's, The Friedel's and the Herbinger's

Lucille and Family,
Carlos was a kind and soft spoken man.He greeted everyone with a smile.God keep you all well with the beautifuly memories you shared together.

Dear Pena family,
This note of sympathy comes from two sources--one from Ruth and Robert Haltzel (both deceased) who truly loved to dine at the Ambassador as often as they could and thought of Carlos as a wonderful friend and from Mrs. Marian Flax, the Haltzel's daughter, who has fond memories of having taught math to John at the Gateway School many years ago. I am happy to see that you have become successful, John, both at work and family.

Your Father was one of the nicest men in town and will be missed!!! I never wondered where we were going when Dad came to town,,It was ALWAYS to see carlos, atour special table for 4..

DEAR PENA FAMILY,FROM ALL THE EMPLOYEES OF WACHOVIA BANK AT CEDAR CREST BLVD,OUR DEEPEST SYMPATHIES ARE WITH YOU......GOD BLESS AND TAKE CARE.YOUR HUSBAND AND FATHER WAS A VERY DEAR,SOFTSPOKEN GENTLEMAN,HE WILL BE MISSED.

Carlos, my good friend, wherever you are, have a glass of wine to remember our good times.
