Cpl. Pineda - I still think about you often. Your memory lives on in my heart. I tell my kids about you, I tell people at Boeing about you. What you did the day you died protecting your fellow Marines, is nothing short of amazing. I miss the life you would have had with Ana and your family. Til Valhalla my brother. We got the watch.

Cheese, I remember you from time to time. I remember seeing your first days in the fleet with the machine gun section. I remember that window you broke out of frustration. When I got out I knew the Marines behind me were confident and well to do. I dreaded hearing about 3/8 in fallujah knowing my brothers would fight with all they had. Hey brother the other day i was talking about my corps days and you came to mind. i wish i could of been there to help you brother. you had so much more to live for. not a day goes by i wish i could trade with you. this world is not the same without you. guard those gates of heaven i'll relieve when its my turn. semper fi brother.
