Carlos Sivit teaching meant that the Nordic radiologists had a comprehensive and thorough insight into the intricacies of children radiology when on numerous occasions he lectured as visiting faculty on the NordTER courses. I knew Carlos very well in junior high school at Stratford and at Washington-Lee. I remember him as quiet and kind, with almost always a very shy smile on his face. I believe everyone who knew him then would say all good things about him and be very impressed that he went on to become a physician. Knowing what I remember about him, I know that Carlos gave way more of himself than he ever took. Rest in peace, friend.

I´m so sorry to here about Carlos. We were cousins-our mothers were sisters. May he rest in peace and rise in glory.
