Carlos Veliz Obituary
He is survived by his wife Gloria, three children Carmen, JuanCarlos, Katherine, four grandchildren Jessica, Caryn, Jason, Ella, five great-grandchildren Olivia, Zoe, Abigail, Dean, Nicolas, his two brothers, Alfonso and Manuel, and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be from 5:00 – 9:00 PM at Drake and Son Funeral Home (5303 N. Western Ave. Chicago, Illinois) on Thursday August 16th, 2018. Funeral services will be at Saint Matthias Catholic Church (2303 W. Ainslie St. Chicago, Illinois) on Friday August 17th, 2018 at 10:00 AM. He will be laid to rest at Rosehill Cemetery (5800 N. Ravenswood Ave. Chicago, Illinois.)
