Our church and community has lost a great man, but we all know where Carlton is. He's in heaven fixing stuff and praising our Lord.

Carlton was one of my best friends. He was a very honorable man with very high moral character. Through all our conversations over the last 38 years, I can tell everyone he loved his wife and his family with all his heart. He loved his community and his home. If only this earth could be blessed with many more like him, could this be a better place. I will miss him. Fish all over the gulf coast are celebrating this day. I will miss him.
