I have worked at the West Shore Country Club for about three and a half years now and I can say that Mr. Hughes was one of the few people I have ever met that ALWAYS had a smile on his face. I remember the first time I ever waited on him and his family in the restaurant and he told me his cocktail order (which was always the same every time he came into the club): "stoli on the rocks with a splash of orange juice, NO FRUIT!!" I think it was the way he said it to me that made it so memorable....
