Carlton "Carl" Mielke

Carlton "Carl" Mielke, 85, a 20-year resident of Spring Hill, Florida, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, and a bus driver with the Chicago Transit Authority until his retirement, passed away at Oak Hill Hospital on Wednesday, September 13, 2000. Friends will be received on Saturday, September 16, 2000, 4-6 p.m., at Brewer Memorial Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc. - Spring Hill Chapel, 4450 Commercial Highway (U.S. 19), Spring Hill. Church services are scheduled for Monday, September 18, 11:30 a.m., at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, officiated by Pastor Ron Garrett. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
