Not sure what to say?

I´m sorry he is gone and that I didn´t get to see y´all when you came back to Saraland for this service which I did not know about. "Coach" and you, BK, were such sweet friends of my dad´s from high school and later good neighbors whom he missed dearly though he tried to keep up when you moved to the two places out Celeste. He loved visiting with you and shooting the breeze and telling funny stories and laughing with y´all. What a wonderful tribute you made for Carlton and what a lucky family...

Too many sweet memories to recall. Just know that we love you and are praying for rest and sweet peace for the family. Gonna miss my coach and so thankful for a recent sweet visit with Carlton and B. K. Love and prayers to the family. We love you. Al & Wilma Haupt.

Carlton was a very special person. Always will be remembered as a fun loving Christian. Devoted husband, father, grandfather and special friend. Bette Kay, children and grand children, you are in our prayers. We are here for you, Judy and Wayne Royal

I remember Carlton and Bette Kay both fondly from high school at Vigor. Both very personable, active and fun. Carlton was a fine athlete and coach. He leaves a wonderful legacy for his family and friends. A big hug for Bette Kay and their family. All the best.
