CARLTON PALMER, born July 14,1966, passed away November 21, 2012. Services will be held Saturday, December 1, 2012, at First Fountaine Baptist Church- 5400 Langley Rd. Visitation will be held from 11:00 - 12:00noon. Funeral Service will begin at 12:00noon. Interment- Houston Memorial Gardens.
