I haven't seen Gene since we graduated from Butler but I have thought of him often. His spirit and strength were much greater than his stature and equal to his quickness, caring and heart. Gene was friendly to all and seemed to always have a smile at hand. The "Gene" I remember was a blessing to the team !
Here's to seeing you again Gene in the Lord's good time. Class of '72 Go Bulldogs...
