I'm just hearing of this and my heart breaks for your family. The thing I loved most about Carly was her positive attitude despite countless medical procedures and appointments. She was an inspiration to me. One of the strongest people I have ever known. I'm sorry I will not be able to attend tonight, but please know that I thought of her often even after much of her care was transitioned to adult care. I am very sorry for your loss and your family will be in my prayers in the days to come....

Carly was a beautiful, courageous and cheerful young woman with a good sense of humor and a love of life, who, through her health challenges, inspired many, myself included. I am so grateful to have known her and been touched by her light.
