Not sure what to say?

I will always remember all the memories we had with her. Love and miss her every day!

Aunt Carlyn will always be in my thoughts and my heart. I will cherish every moment we had with her!

I was so sad to hear of Carlyn´s passing. She was my nursing instructor many years ago. I also had the honor of taking care of Fortuna.. that´s when I got to meet " the ABC girls" and some of their families as well. What a great and loving family you are! I will fondly remember Caryln´s kind and wonderful spirit. I know she´s having a great reunion in Heaven!

I'm so very sorry to read this. Lyn and my mother, Helen Usztics, taught nursing together for many years. They were great friends. Lyn continued to send cards to mom until mom's passing last year. Mom loved her Italian wedding soup and Lynn would bring some for her everytime that she made it. Lyn was always interested in everyone's activities and achievements especially her niece's and nephew's. I'm sure the 'old nurses' are enjoying their well earned reunion right now! Sy

My condolences regarding the passing of Lyn. We worked together for a number of years in the PA Department of Education. May she rest in peace. ...David Closky

She will be missed. I´ll forever remember her kindness and awesome Italian wedding soup that she made every year for her family Christmas gathering she had every January. My prayers are with the family during this time of loss.

Shocked and saddened to hear of Miss Forlizzi's passing. She was my nursing instructor. Wonderful lady!

Sad news. I´ve been thinking of her... Carlyn was so very nice to send condolence to me when my brother, zopito (Pete) passed. This brings a gushing of tears!
