Been listening to Carman a lot lately. I was blessed to go to his R.I.O.T tour in 1996. He lead so many people to Jesus, and to see others still writing here, just shows how much of an impact he made on my life and others. Good news, we will all meet again on the other side of Glory

But there was a time in my life during that decade, when I heard a voice that helped change & shape the way I looked at music. And the messages in them! I was going through a rough time in the mid '80s. God used Carmen's music to keep me encouraged and I believe it helped me to be free through Jesus Christ.

I remember when he died. I still listen to his music today.

You were a rare jewel in how you bought all races together. Many thought you were radical, but you knew that radical was what it would take. Your presentation was unique and I thank you for that. I still listen to your music and the impact you made.
